Scholarship Applications

1. GPA: 3.0 (Transcripts Required)
2. American Citizenship (Copy of Birth Certificate)
3. Must attend a 2 or 4-year college or university
4. 50 hrs of community service (Proof of Community Service)
5. Must be a High School Senior at a Public High School in
Catawba, Caldwell, or Burke County
6. Two Letters of Reference - One from a Teacher/Counselor,
Second from a non-family Adult.
7. One-page essay explaining “What Patriotism Means to You”.
